FONASBA : APAM calls for changes to new Peruvian Customs Law

We have been asked by our colleagues at APAM, Peru (reading in copy) to circulate the attached statement issued by the association to express its concerns about the recent changes to Peruvian Customs Laws. As you will note they are extremely critical of the new measures which they believe are not conducive to the ongoing effective operation of foreign trade to and from Peru by sea.

FONASBA has offered APAM any support it needs in order to have these new laws repealed for the good of Peru’s external trade.
